Can I upgrade RAM and SSD?

Yes. Most Alliwava Mini PCs support RAM and SSD upgrades. Depending on the model, memory can usually be expanded up to 32GB or more.

Do your Mini PCs support Triple Monitor?

Yes. Most models support up to three displays via HDMI, DisplayPort, or USB-C.

Is Windows 11 Pro pre-installed?

Yes. Most Alliwava Mini PCs include activated Windows 11 Pro.

Where do you ship from?

We currently ship from warehouses in Germany, Hong Kong, and the United States depending on stock availability and destination country.

How long does shipping take?

Most EU&USA orders are delivered within 2–5 business days. The remaining international orders will take about 5-10 business days.
Remote areas may require additional time.

Do I need to pay customs or VAT?

For most EU countries, VAT and customs duties are included in the final checkout price.
